TOURS AND HOTELS
===================
The itineraries are planned with great
care, although, for operational reasons, it
may be necessary to change the sequence of
activities in the itinerary or the specified
route, and though such cases are rare, in
general the itinerary should be treated only
as a basic guideline.
AIRPLANE TICKETS
==================
Prices are subject to availability and
tariff change until the date of issue,
traveler will be informed about that change.
Besides that, the schedule and flight
numbers, are also subject to change by the
airline until the departure date.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS
==============================
Any change made by the traveler must be
done within 30 labor days (individual
passengers), 60 labor days (groups) prior to
the travel, if not, Ritual Andino Tours will
reserve the right to accept or decline the
modifications suggested according to
availability of the tourists companies :
lodgings, tour operators and transport. The
changes in reservations made 15 labor days
before the date of travel, will not be
accepted., Ritual Andino Tours can replace
part of the itinerary or hotels, by others
of the same level, due to reasonable
circumstances.
Nevertheless, if Ritual Andino Tours can not
give to the travel the main services or give
alternatives without additional cost, or if
the services have not the same quality of
the originally offered, the traveler will be
properly compensated according the service
paid.
CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS ( HOTELS
AND TOURS)
=======================================================
Any notice of cancellation must be done
by written, including all the relevant
information and will be attended by the
Operations Department within 48 hours.
*If the cancellation is received up to and
including the 30 labor days prior to the
arrival of the traveler(individual
passengers) and 60 labor days prior to
arrival (Groups) ,the deposit of the travel
must be totally reimbursed, discounting
administrative costs.
If the cancellation is received within the
29 and 15 labor days prior to the arrival of
the traveler(individual passengers) and from
59 labor days to the 45th(Groups), the
reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50%
of the total cost.
There will not be any reimbursement from 15
labor days prior to the arrival of the
traveler(individual passengers) or 44 labor
days or less..
Please take note : No reimbursement will be
made if the notification of cancellation is
received 15 or less days before the
estimated date of arrival in your
destination(individual passengers) or 44
labor days or less(Groups), or in the case
of a no-show by passenger(s) or for
cancellations made during the trip itself.
Also in high season (Holly week, Independence Day, Christmas,
New Year, etc), the cancellation policies are stricter because
we are subject to the rules of Hotels and operators.
CANCELLATIONS OF “INCA TRAIL”
==============================
The policy of cancellation of “Inca
Trail ” is the most strict of the traveler
contract, it depends on and is only subject
to the INC “Instituto Nacional de Cultura”
and the operators, who have the authority
and control of this. Ritual Andino Tours is
subordinated to the availability of the Inca
Trail Camino Inca operator and INC.
We inform to the traveler that, after the
date acceptance and the payment received for
Camino Inca, he cannot make any
modification, such as: change of date,
change of passports, substitution of
passengers; cancellations due to personal
reasons, etc. Ritual Andino Tours will
not make any reimbursement for the above
mentioned reasons.
Any modification or cancellation, must be
informed to the Operations Department for
its record and answer to the traveler,
within 24 after its reception.
During the high season, Ritual Andino Tours,
will reserve the right to change the
cancellation policies, in function with the
restrictions and penalties of the suppliers
of air tickets, hotels and other services.
RESPONSIBILITY
In all travel arrangements Ritual Andino
Tours acts on behalf of and to the order of
our customers, organizing on their behalf
and name the transport means, lodgings or
other required tourist services, and we can
thus not assume any responsibility for cases
of accidents, losses, delays or
interferences for reasons of force majeure
or other acts that do not involve our
responsibility, specially regarding
programmes and schedules.
Our Agency will not be liable for any
illness, pregnancy or physical or mental
incapacity, which may put in danger the
health or integrity of any passenger or
third parties during the carrying out of the
contracted tour or that may imply any
limitation or impediment for our company to
provide such tourist services.. Our Agency
will NOT recognize any claim or refund due
to any such abovementioned concept,
including such cases where under normal
conditions no such problem would arise.
** We kindly ask you to let us know if you
have any inconvenience with our services
within the 24 hours it happened. After this
time we will assume that everything was fine
and we will not be able to accept any claim

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION, VISAS OR PERMITS TO
ENTER COUNTRIES
All verification and / or applications for
"visas" or permits to enter one or several
countries are the sole responsibility of,
and should be carried out by the traveler
before his or her journey. The traveler is
under the obligation to have these documents
in order. Ritual Andino Tours will not
assume any responsibility for the lack of
these permits and / or visas that may affect
the proper carrying out of the contracted
tour or pose a hinder for it to fulfill the
offered tourist services. Thus, the Company
will NOT recognize ANY claim or devolution
whatsoever. |
