Day 1: LIMA PICK UP June 18th
Pick up upon arrival and overnight at the Hotel
located in Miraflores, Lima. (No Meals).
Day 2: Day 7 : LIMA – CUSCO June 19th
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the
flight to Cusco (NOT included). At Cusco, transfer to
the Hotel and rest of the day free to acclimatize
yourself to the altitude (B)

DAY 3: SACRED VALLEY June 20th
Breakfast. Full-day excursion to the "Sacred Valley of
the Incas", along the Vilcanota River. We will have the
opportunity to share closely the peasants customs and
bargain with vendors at the typical indian market of
Pisac. Lunch in a local countryside restaurant with a
buffet lunch. In the afternoon, passing through the
Towns of Calca and Urubamba, where we visit the Inca
Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, built to guard
the entrance to this part of the Valley, and protect it
from possible invasion from the tribes in the Lower
jungle. You can walk through the quaint streets of the
nearby Town, and get a good idea of what this strategic
military, religious, and agricultural centre was like
during the era of the Inca Empire. Return to Cusco at
the end and overnight at the hotel.(B,L)
Day 4: MACHU PICCHU June 21 th
O5:50 hrs. Breakfast at the hotel. We will go to the
Train Station for a 3 ˝ hour train journey to the famous
Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, also known as "The Lost
City of the Incas", discovered for science in 1911 by
the American explorer Hiram Bingham. We will visit the
ruins for around 3 hours, during which time our guide
explains Intihuatana, (or "Hitching Post of the Sun),
the Temple of the Sun, the Royal Tomb, the Priests'
House, the Inca Baths and the Temple of the Three
Windows, all allow us to glimpse back into the past.

Day 5: MACHU PICCHU June 22 th
Morning at leisure to explore by your own (entrance fee
and transportation not included). In the afternoon you
will take the train to Cuzco. Upon arrival in Cuzco,
transfer to the hotel . Overnight(B)
Day 6: CITY TOUR AND RUINS June 23 th
In the afternoon, Guided sightseeing tour in Cusco
visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple
of the Sun or Korikancha. Then, we will go out of the
City to visit the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca
Pucara and the impressive Fortress of Sacsayhuaman,
strategically built on a hill overlooking Cusco, famous
for its enormous carved stones, some of them standing
over 9m /30 ft high and weighing over 350 tons. Return
to your hotel.(B)
Day 7: INTI RAYMI June 24th
Cusco celebrates the Inti Raymi with occasion of the
winter solstice -the solar new year - for a town which
main cult object was the god Inti (the sun). In time of
the Incas there was a religious ceremony, now it is a
theater representation. However this expression
generates a feeling of identity in the town that evokes
values and memories that are still excellent in our
days, it also brings to the memory a time that lives in
the heart of the town of Cusco (Qosqo). The version is
expressed like the original Quechua language. The
celebration starts on the Temple of the Sun (Koricancha)
and continues at Sacsayhuaman. We will provide you the
transportation and entrance. In the afternoon, transfer
to the Hotel and overnight. (B, Box Lunch)

Day 8: CUSCO/ LIMA CITY TOUR June 25th
Breakfast. In the morning transfer to the airport to
take the flight to Lima (Airfare not Included). Upon
arrival, transfer to the Hotel.
In the Afternoon: LIMA CITY TOUR (ANCESTRAL AND
COLONIAL)
You will be picked up from your hotel at 14:15 p.m.
approximately.
The city tour begins with the visit to the Plaza the
Armas, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by
UNESCO. Running along two sides are arcades with shops:
Portal de Escribanos and Portal de Botoneros.
In the centre of the Plaza is a bronze fountain dating
from 1560. Located in the Plaza is the Cathedral, where
you will note the splendidly carved stalls, the silver
covered altars surrounded by fine woodwork and mosaic
covered walls bearing the coats of arms of Lima and
Pizarro. Next to the Cathedral is the Archbishop's
Palace. Then you'll visit the XVII century Monastery of
San Francisco, which is famous for being one of the
greatest samples of the colonial religious art in
America. You will also see the catacombs under the
church and part of the monastery which are well worth
seeing, Then You'll visit the old colonial streets in
the centre of the city, and the modern Lima with the
districts of San Isidro and Miraflores. At the end drop
off to your Hotel.(B)
Day 9 : LIMA / NAZCA LINES & BALLESTAS June 26 th
Transfer to the Bus Station to take the Cruzero or Royal
Class Bus to Ica at 04:15 or 07:00 a.m. Assistance upon
arrival and transfer to Nazca’s Airport. Overflight to
Nazca Lines (Airfare Included). At 14:30 p.m. or 16:30
p.m. departure to Paracas. Overnight at the selected
hotel.(B, L)
Day 10: PARACAS/LIMA June 27th
Am. Breakfast. 08:00: Aprox Tour to Ballestas Islands in
motor boat to observe Sea lions, Pelicans, Penguins and
other Marine birds. On the boat trip over to the
Islands, the famous "Candelabro" can be seen; an
enigmatic drawing that many people believe is related to
the Nazca Lines. 14:30 Return to Lima. Upon arrival,
transfer to the Hotel. Overnight (B)

Day 11 TRANSFER OUT June 28th
Breakfast. An appropriate hour transfer at the Lima
Airport in time to get your international flight
connection. (Airfare Not Included) (B).
